Back on My Feet

We empower people to achieve economic independence through fitness and community.

Who We Help: We work with people experiencing homelessness or addiction who currently reside within shelters and recovery facilities.

How It Works: We run and walk 2-3 times a week to build a sense of community and responsibility. With the support of workforce development, our members can work toward sustainable employment and self-sufficiency.

Volunteer Opportunities

Next Steps Mentor: Get matched with a member to share your knowledge on interview skills, resume building, and other workforce development opportunities to further their individual employment goals.

Skill Specialist: Share your expertise to help our members overcome barriers such as criminal justice system involvement, credit issues, addiction, mental health struggles, among others.
